- Soak the absorbent side of the foil in acetone or gel polish remover.
- Place the absorbent side over the nail with the gel polish.
- Wrap the foil snugly around the fingertip, ensuring the absorbent side is pressed against the nail surface.
- Leave it on for 10–15 minutes to allow the acetone to dissolve the gel polish.
- Remove the foil and gently scrape off any remaining polish with an orange stick or a manicure tool.
