Please note that we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. This policy provides detailed guidelines on our exchange process for damaged goods.

No Refunds Policy
  • We do not issue refunds at any cost. Our policy is to replace items that are eligible under our exchange conditions. If you are dissatisfied with your product due to a defect or shipping damage, we will happily exchange it for a new item.

Eligibility for Exchange
  • To qualify for an exchange, the following criteria must be met:
  • Product Condition: The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Reporting Period: Damage or discrepancies must be reported within 15 days for the outside UAE and 3 Days for inside UAE from the delivery date. Reports made after this timeframe may not qualify for an exchange.

Exchange Process

  • If you encounter any issues with your product, please follow these steps to request an exchange:
  • Notification: Contact our customer support team via email at info@lightspeedme.com or by phone at +971 50 183 6484. Please provide your order number, details of the product issue, and photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your exchange request. If it meets our policy criteria, we will send a confirmation email detailing the next steps.
  • Return of Product: Instructions for returning the damaged product will be provided. It should be packed securely in its original packaging.
  • Receiving and Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to confirm the damage. If the return is approved, we will proceed with processing the exchange.
  • Dispatch of Replacement: A replacement will be dispatched within a specified timeframe, typically within 5-7 business days after the approval of the return.

Shipping Costs
  • No additional shipping costs will be incurred for exchanging a product. Light Speed General Trading LLC will bear all costs related to the return shipping and dispatch of the replacement product (applicable for the company side mistakes).

Colour Variation Policy
  • While we strive for accuracy in representing product colours, variations may occur:
  • Digital Representation: Colours displayed on digital platforms can vary from actual product colours due to screen settings and resolution differences.
  • Exchange of Misrepresented Colours: If there is a significant mismatch between the colour of the product in the bottle and its label, and it clearly falls outside the intended colour family, an exchange will be processed. Please be advised to check colours physically in-store or through samples where available before purchase.

  • Documentation Needed: Alongside the damage report, a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process an exchange.
