  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our team initiates an immediate investigation both internally and with our delivery partners. We diligently track the shipment using the provided shipping number to ascertain the cause and swiftly resolve the issue.   • Since we operate exclusively within the UAE, there are no additional customs or import duties on our shipments.
