The 2XC 6.6MM Large Barrel Carbide Nail Drill Bits are engineered for extremely coarse filing and rapid removal of tough nail enhancements like acrylics, hard gels, and dip powders.

"2XC" stands for extra-extra coarse, indicating that these bits are designed for heavy-duty bulk removal.

This bit is perfect for Initial stages of removal, especially when dealing with thick product build-up. Its extreme coarseness makes it efficient for clients with strong, thick nails or heavily layered enhancements.

  1. 6mm Diameter ideal for handling larger nail surfaces quickly
  2. Suitable for bulk removal and reshaping of acrylics and hard gels.
  3. Reaches high speeds for efficient, controlled product removal.
  4. Extra-coarse grit for rapid and even removal without clogging.
  5. Durable and heat-resistant material to prevent overheating.
  6. Two-way rotation allows both forward and reverse use.
  7. Smooth finish reduces risk of surface scratches and gouging.
  8. Long-lasting sharpness even with extended use.
  9. Cuts through tough enhancements with minimal friction.
  1. Prepare the Nail – Ensure the nail is clean and dry before using the drill bit.
  2. Set the drill speed – Use 25000– 30000 RPM for a heavy removal. Lower speeds around 20000 when working around sensitive areas.
  3. Hold the Drill Steady – Grip the drill firmly and hold the bit at a slight angle for better control, especially when working around the cuticle.
  4. Use Gentle pressure – Apply light pressure, allowing the bit’s aggressive grit to work without force.
  5. Move in both directions – Move the bit in both forward and backward directions to break down thick layers quickly and efficiently.
  6. Clean and Finish up – After use, clean the drill bit and the nail area to remove any debris.
  1. Use a soft brush or a cotton pad with disinfectant to remove nail debris and residue after each use.
  2. Avoid harsh scrubbing that could damage the carbide.
  3. After cleaning, wipe with a lint-free towel or let it air dry completely to prevent moisture buildup and rust.
  4. Sanitize in an autoclave or use an appropriate disinfectant solution to maintain hygiene, especially in a salon environment.
  5. Keep the bit in a protective case or holder to avoid dulling or damaging the cutting edges.
  6. Regularly check for signs of wear, such as dullness or chips.
